Founder & President

With over 20 years of experience in the executive search and workforce solutions business, Anna Church has a unique perspective that is foundational to Genesis Global, the business she founded in 1999. Drawing from her previous experience recruiting for both large and small companies, Anna created Genesis Global to have a focus on quality. She has instilled in the team the importance of fully understanding the needs of both the client and the candidate to provide the best fit for the position, for long-term success.

As a woman-owned business founder—Genesis Global has been a certified women-owned business for over 10 years—Anna has spent the last 20+ years coaching women as part of the company’s focus on diversity. In addition, Anna spends time with global organizations to strategize on how to design, build, and transform their workforce solutions.

Tom Meredith has over 20 years of successful business leadership experience. He has been instrumental in creating new verticals for Genesis through client-driven, custom service creation. As a proven expert in designing and delivering a company strategic vision, attracting and developing top-notch executives teams, and building a corporate culture to flourish, motivate and maintain a company’s’ overall continued growth, Tom is excited about his ever-growing position within Genesis Global.

Tom has transformed Genesis Global Recruiting from the staffing industry into Genesis Global Workforce Solutions, a full-service workforce management company.

Tom’s direct involvement with the overall company’s growth and day-to-day operations officially began in 2001. His other responsibilities include evaluating, developing and establishing credibility with the company’s prospective and current clients, strategic partners and the industry’s top organizations.

Ernesto Di Giambattista

Ernesto Di Giambattista

Chief Operating Officer

A passionate entrepreneur, Ernesto Di Giambattista has started several successful businesses, including security orchestration firm ZeroNorth, which he led through multiple rounds of funding and deployment at several Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to ZeroNorth, Ernesto held multiple business and technology executive roles including Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group. There he was responsible for transforming his organization into a technology services group, which included developing a center of operational excellence and a full redesign of critical security controls, while decreasing the organization’s operational costs.

Previously, Ernesto served as senior member of Bank of America’s Information Security & Resiliency Group and Corporate Audit organizations, responsible for assessing and managing the information security risk of global technology vendors. During his tenure, Ernesto was also instrumental in the cybersecurity integration of acquisitions of other financial institutions.

Ernesto has been a trusted advisor on cybersecurity for private and public entities, including members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. He also serves as a Board of Director to the Massachusetts Technology Collaboratives and the Massachusetts Cybersecurity Strategy Council.

Andy Siegel, Esq.

Andy Siegel, Esq.

Managing Partner

Andy Siegel, Esq. has built a successful and accomplished career in staffing and recruiting, law and sales. As Managing Partner at Genesis Global Workforce Solutions, Andy runs a division focused on placing attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and all other legal support staff on a temporary, direct hire, and/or temp-to-hire basis at law firms and in corporate legal departments. In addition to legal placement, Andy and his team provide staffing and recruiting services for sales, AI, technology, digital media, advertising and finance roles.

Prior to Genesis Global, Andy held senior sales positions at Lexis-Nexis, OneSource Information Services, Thomson Findlaw/Thomson West, LRN – The Legal Knowledge Company, Martindale-Hubbell, REIS and Questia. Andy is also a Partner and Co-Founder of Blaze Staffing and Recruiting, a boutique agency dedicated exclusively to the cannabis industry.

Andy is a graduate of The University at Albany, State University of New York where he earned a B.A. in Psychology. He earned his Juris Doctor from The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.

Contingent Workforce & HR Director

Diamelys Albelo joined Genesis Global 9 years ago. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has excelled in various roles and is currently serving as the Contingent Workforce & HR Director, where she oversees the administration of the Contingent Workforce program. She focuses on efficient integration and management of contract workers for various clients. She diligently monitors and ensures the organization’s adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Furthermore, Diamelys excels in client program management, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions. Her ability to build and maintain strong relationships has earned her a reputation for exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Cara Layton joined Genesis Global in 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. With over 20 years of experience in the payroll industry, she has developed herself into a highly skilled, accomplished professional with a proven track record making her a leader in the Payroll and Benefits Management Industry. Her expertise encompasses various aspects of payroll, including compliance with tax laws, benefits administration, and payroll systems management, health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Cara is a dedicated professional deeply invested in the organization’s overall success.
